It enables you to produce your customized invoices, itineraries, and hard copy documents on demand from plain white paper. This form is not only customized in appearance, but allows automated routines that can pull copies from multiple paper trays, leverage a duplex option to add terms and conditions to the back side of the customer copy of the document, or determine which copies will use color and which ones will be in black and white.

The Lexmark solution includes the creation of the electronic form and associated automation routines with the Agency's customized information. It also includes installation assistance to embed the solution files within the Lexmark printer and verify proper functionality.
